Are the pieces handmade?

Yes. The entire Esencia Artesanal line is crafted piece by piece in our workshop in Guaynabo. Premium follows the same quality control in short runs.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed and prepared within 3 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, the postal delivery time will depend on your location, with an estimated 2 to 4 additional business days for local shipments in Puerto Rico.

Do you ship outside Puerto Rico?

Yes, we ship to the United States and internationally. Transit times and rates vary depending on the final destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Can I exchange or return a part?

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them (personalized items or final sale items are excluded).

How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, creams, and chemical products to preserve the shine and finish of the materials. We recommend storing them individually in their case or in an airtight bag when not in use and removing them before sleeping or exercising.
